At Rival Boxing Gear, we are committed to providing elite-level equipment to our athletes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all boxing gloves, headgear, or apparel are unused, have all original tags attached, and are securely placed back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
